Mid-Year Energy Reset: 5 Soulful Practices to Realign Your Energy and Refresh Your Spirit

A new season. A fresh start—here’s how to clear the energetic clutter and feel like yourself again.

1. Breathe with Intention

When life feels chaotic or heavy, your breath is your anchor. A few slow, conscious breaths can calm your nervous system and help you return to the present moment.

Try this: inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four, and pause for four. Repeat this square breath pattern for a few minutes and notice how your energy shifts.
